Pet Types: Allowed pets include cats and dogs.
Maximum Number of Pets: Up to 2 pets are allowed.
Maximum Weight of Pets: Each pet must weigh 50 lbs or less.
Pet Deposit Fee: The first pet requires a deposit of $500, while the second pet has a deposit of $250.
Pet Monthly Rent: $25 – $50 per month, depending on unit and lease terms.
